Tender description

Contract award or a scheduled maintenance services contract to Clarke Energy Ltd to cover the Jenbacher combined heating and power (CHP) engines based in Kings Buildings Energy Centre. Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 or Regulation 6 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. The works, supplies and services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: absence of competition for technical reasons. The Contractor is the only UK approved supplier of Jenbacher original equipment manufacturer parts required for maintenance and overhaul works.
