Tender description
The project consists of the construction of a single storey laboratory building at University Hospital Galway, with plant at roof level. The building will be in the service yard area, to the south of the Public Analyst's laboratory. The works involve connection to existing hospital services installations, protecting and maintaining existing services and utilities and managing all works in accordance with UHG and HSE Estates Health and Safety requirements. The site is within the grounds of a functioning acute hospital, which will remain operational during the construction works.
