Tender description
Leeds Building Services have a requirement for a subcontractor to perform demolition of Beckett Park Community Centre and Queenswood Day Care Centre, Queenswood Drive, West Park, Leeds LS6 3ND. The contractor is to demolish the buildings and grub up hard standings on site all as per LCC’s standard specification. The site is to be cleared of all redundant underground utilities and services with regards to handing back a “clean site”.
