CFT 3451 - The collection, cleaning and storage of wildflower seeds from a number of meadows in Waterstown park, Tymon Park and along the Dodder valley greenway.

Tender description

This project involves the collection, cleaning and storage of wildflower seeds in a selection of meadows in Waterstown park, Tymon Park and along the Dodder Valley Park, with the total area of the meadows approximating 236,000 metres squared with a harvestable area of 47,303 metres squared, during the months of July and August. The contractor will be asked to dry and store the seeds in a suitable environment to ensure the longevity of the seeds to allow for future South Dublin planning projects. The tender includes an option to proceed to similar works for 2024 and 2025.
