Tender for the appointment of Clerk of Works to MTU

Tender description

This Call for Tender seeks to set up a single provider to engage the services of a Clerk of Works to provide support on identified works projects to MTU. The projects will be identified as they arise and the appointed Contractor will make the nominated Clerk of Works available to fulfill a central role in supporting the Institute on the identified capital building projects or refurbishment works. The nominated Clerk of Works will liaise closely with the University’s Buildings and Estates team.
