Strategic Partnership is a long term relationship which will look to continuously improve the delivery of a Young Carer's support service Lot 1: As per the Tender Specification - Delivery of a support service for Young Carers, governed by a Strategic Partnership mechanism which aims to improve the delivery of the service through partnership working and governance arrangements.
