Tender description

The SEND Leadership Support Package (The Service) will support settings by providing specialised leadership training to select schools across Lincolnshire to raise standards for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through a SEND review process followed by fully funded training. Supplementary training shall be provided along with an initial SEND review, periodic check-in points and a final review and summary at the end of the academic year: The Service shall consist or three Pathways: • Pathway 1 - SEND Review with training throughout the year with an identified Partner • Pathway 2 - Enhanced training and support from specialist settings. • Pathway 3 - SEND tiered training approach through the L.E.A.D. Teaching School Hub including access to the DfE accredited training.
