Rushcliffe Borough Council - Provision of Temporary Staff for Loaders and Drivers

Tender description

Rushcliffe Borough Council requires a service provider to supply agency staff for the Council's Neighbourhood Services team, to supply HGV Drivers and Loaders. The requirement is a regular and fluctuating supply varying month to month, and requires a service provider to supply staff sometimes at short notice. Timely provision is critical to the success of the project, often needed within 2 hours. The contract will start on 25th September 2023, and will be for an initial 24 month period with the option of 3x additional 12 month extensions, making a total maximum contractual period of 60 months. The Council conduct the pricing evaluation of this procurement by requesting current rates from suppliers, and will multiply the rates over the estimated number of hours estimated for each year, and then over the whole contractual period of 5 years.
