Healing Together Training and Evaluation

Tender description

To train a Healing Together Facilitator in every school/all setting in Torbay to upskill them to provide support to children impacted by domestic abuse. We will work closely with Operation Encompass to ensure our model and approach is in line with the current provision in place. This scalable and sustainable model ensures children across Torbay can access support by people they already trust (school staff), and in a space they feel safe (school). By upskilling the existing workforce, we are increasing capacity and relieving pressure from specialist domestic abuse services. This model also does not require the OPCC to continuously fund to provide services for children
