Tender description
The works comprise the removal and disposal of redundant temporary buildings and a single-storey section of permanent buildings, including removal of concrete ramps, steps and railings, redundant drainage and redundant mechanical and electrical services. The site is to be levelled and hoarded off on completion of the works. The works are to be carried out on the site of a fully functioning acute hospital. A section of building will be retained for use as a Neurology OPD adjacent to works to be removed.
