Tender description
The Council wishes to employ a suitably qualified consultant to carry out an assessment of current funding and grant opportunities that would aid in the delivery of Net Zero affordable housing under our AHIP2. This would not only assess the grant funding, loan and other funding models available to the Council but also look at the site specific suitability of the types of measures that can aid in the target of Net Zero:
