Digital Future Subject Matter Expertise Support 1. Coach & Mentor DF Team : Development of Council Staff to enhance their ability to deliver Digital Future Outcomes • Provide 121 mentoring and coaching support to SRO and DF Core Team helping them explore key digital transformation themes, what paths could best address challenges faced and selecting suitable courses of action to best deliver programme goals • Support development of other key Council individuals to help them acquire the tools, knowledge and insights required to be 2. Programme Assurance : Independent assessment of the Digital Future Programme giving senior stakeholders the confidence the DF Programme is on track • Establish and agree a programme assessment framework drawing on industry and government best practice • Conduct periodic interviews with key stakeholders to determine current areas of high performance and where there are improvement opportunities, likely to be drawn from: • DF Core Team • DF Steering Board • Strategic Partner Core Team • Council Staff delivering DF outcomes • Other partners delivering outcomes • Write up and present findings to SRO and other key stakeholders 3. Digital Transformation Subject Matter Expertise (SME) : Provide Council staff with insights and knowledge necessary to innovate and shape plans to optimise delivery of DF Programme outcomes • Run workshops for key stakeholders such as CDT and DF Steering Board helping them the explore principle digitalisation themes and how these apply to the Council’s context • Shape and deliver a programme of sessions designed to help Directorate & ODP Leaders investigate the possibilities and risks associated with digitalisation and help them shape strategies and plans that allow CC to take advantage of the opportunities digital presents Local Government • Facilitate group training sessions to support the ongoing development of key stakeholder groups (DF Steering Board / DF Core Team / DF Team) and their ability to deliver DF business value
