The Satellite Applications Catapult is seeking a qualified and experienced consultancy firm to provide expert business rates consultancy support for our organisation. Our organisation currently operates across two principal locations at Harwell Science & Innovation Park, Oxfordshire and the Westcott Venture Park, Buckinghamshire. Our portfolio mainly comprises leased properties under various terms and are of differing construction and use connected with the growth and development of the Space Industry. Our aim is to minimize our business rates liability while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Lot 1: We are initiating this PIN in order to gather information from the marketplace about the available bidders that can meet this requirement.
