Tender description
The scope of this Framework Agreement is to procure Transport Training for the Education Authority (EA). The main objective of the Framework Agreement is to provide a service which can be flexibly deployed across the three regions North, East and South West. The Framework Agreement will be used to enable the EA to fulfil all their transport training needs at relevant times. There are 4 Lots in this Framework Agreement and Tenderers can submit bids for one or more Lots. The estimated value for this competition is below the relevant Threshold for Schedule 3 (Social and Other Specific Services); therefore the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) do not apply.
