Award of Linstone Housing - Five Year EICR and Associated Works Contract

Linstone Housing, by engaging this Electrical Periodic Inspection and Testing Mini-Competition tender, are seeking to identify a suitably qualified, competent and experienced Contractor to facilitate the effective management of electrical safety, ensuring that all reasonable steps are taken to comply with the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 1994 through a Five Year Measured Term Contract. The Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR’s) and associated repair works will be undertaken in five distinct Orders to align with each financial year over the five year period of the Contract. The Order for each financial year are anticipated to include approximately; Year One (1st April 2023 - 31st March 2024) – 204 properties; Year Two (1st April 2024 – 31st March 2025) – 295 properties; Year Three (1st April 2025 – 31st March 2026) – 212 properties; Year Four (1st April 2026 – 31st March 2027) – 229 properties; and Year Five (1st April 2027 – 31st March 2028) – 522 properties.
