Services include: - provide Defined Contribution pensions expertise to test the current market for pension provision - to actively engage with colleagues to understand their needs and wishes - to deliver much of the project management workload for colleague engagement, developing the specification, running the procurement exercise - if, as a result of the tender process for a pension provider we appoint a new provider, we will want further independent advice on the transition period from the existing pension scheme to the new pension provider
