Provision of Coach Travel

Tender description

The Academy of Sport within our sixth form at Park View School attracts a numbers of students from outside the catchment area. The Academy wishes to appoint a supplier to provide transport for post 16 students living outside the catchment area for the school. Approximately 50 students. The contract to supply a coach service as outlined in the ITT is to start Tuesday 5th September 2023. Lot 1: Approximately 50 students to be transported from outside the catchment area. Monday - Friday including return journeys (No return journey on a Wednesday) Bus Route Pick up at 7.45 Ridley Arms, Stannington, NE61 6EL Pick up at 8am at Moor Farm, Cramlington, NE23 7QA Pick up at Silverlink, North Shields, NE28 9ND Pick up at Prince of Wales, Jarrow, NE32 4SX To Park View School, Chester le Street, DH3 3QA The return journey will be a pick up at Park View School, Chester le Street at 4.30pm Monday, Tuesday & Friday. 3.30pm Thursday. No return on a Wednesday. The contract is to run for the academic year excluding school holidays. Please see term dates for 2023-24 attached in Annex 1 within the ITT.
