North Ayrshire Council (“NAC”) invites tenders for the provision of aluminium door and window repairs. Please see further details in the attached questionnaire. measured term contract to carry out reactive maintenance and servicing to aluminium door and windows within non-domestic properties, due to the high volume of repairs required. Most of the works are for property security and/or escape routes, i.e. fire doors. This is an increasingly common repair that cannot be done in-house. The location of the works are within the boundaries of North Ayrshire, including the islands of Arran and Cumbrae.
