Underwriting of applications received by the Housing Agency from local authorities nationally for Local Authority Home Loans and other lending. The service required is an outsourced, on-site (i.e. performed within the offices of the Housing Agency) underwriting service for applications received by the Housing Agency from local authorities (the lenders) nationally for the Local Authority Home Loan. Other lending products which require underwriting services by the Housing Agency may come on stream and services in respect of these may be required from the successful tenderer.
