Tender description

Gravitas Recruiting Group Ltd will provide temporary support services by way of technical experts on our core Housing Management System (NEC Housing) as we modernise our infrastructure and strategically redesign our technology landscape. Gravitas will also provide project management, business analysis and expert Housing experience in support of mission-critical projects as identified by the Housing Digital Board. Workstreams will include the implementation of the NEC Housing system upgrade from v6.18 to v23.1+, new job scheduling software and new job management software. The supplier will also support service improvements and business as usual activities for our Housing IT service as appropriate.
