Leeds Building Services have a requirement for a Multi-Trade Contractor to perform extension works to the Metro Park Industrial Estate, Leeds. It would be prudent to visit site to enable you ascertain access and working areas. Please note that this office and warehouse facility will be occupied and in use during the program of the works. Welfare will be provided and a fenced area will be supplied for the purpose of your skips. Please note that the Flooring, Electrical, Mechanical and Air Conditioning will be completed by our own operational teams and therefore should not be included within your costs.
