Tender description

The service is contracted to provide health and wellbeing advice to Wirral staff, along with schools and partner organisations as part of an SLA to help all employees remain fit and well in work. Counselling support is also provided as early intervention support to support our highest reason for sickness absence. The service also provides day 1 referrals for staff who report off work with anxiety/stress for early intervention and support. Early intervention is proven to reduce time off.
