Development Cluster Heat Mapping and Energy Master Planning Feasibility Study: REVISED TENDER

Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest has an established track record of facilitating the creation of district energy networks across the borough. LBWF wishes to continue in this role of facilitating the creation of low carbon heat networks which link new and existing developments in various clusters across the borough. The London Borough of Waltham Forest is now seeking suitably qualified consultants through the LEA procurement framework to undertake an updated study in two work packages as follows: Work Package 1 - a high level review of the entire borough to identify potential further clusters/viable areas where heat networks can be developed. Work Package 2 - in relation to the final agreed Clusters the Consultant shall undertake a heat mapping and energy master planning study for each of these Clusters
