Courtil Michele Estate Windows and Doors

The State of Guernsey through the Committee for Employment & Social Security (Housing) are seeking supplier capable of providing replacement windows and doors at their Courtil Michele Estate properties. Not all properties require complete window and door replacements. Details of the exact requirements can be found in the attached document. All PVCU fenestration units (i.e. windows, doors and door frames) shall be fabricated from profiles produced by a reputable manufacturer, to be approved by Housing. The manufacturer shall be registered with the British Standards Institute and/or have been assessed by the British Board of Agreement and be in possession of a certificate of Quality Assurance to BS 5750.
