Bourne Education Trust is looking to appoint a quality catering company with experience in operating school catering services with resources and support within Surrey. The catering tender consists of 13 Primary Schools within the Trust that are predominantly located around Surrey apart from one which is located in Berkshire. Lot 1: To provide a school catering service for a set meal price across the schools. Key objectives, 1. Meal content uses quality seasonal ingredients and offers customers value for money. 2. Improve employee pay rates above the NMW where possible 3. Provide a sustainable catering service by reducing all catering related waste.
