Tender description
This is STAGE TWO of a request for further competition under the Crown Commercial Services Construction Works and Associated Services Framework No: RM6088 (CWAS); Lot 1.1.4; project-specific ACUA Ref No: CWAS-473-2022. The following is a general description only. Full information is given in the accompanying Invitation to Tender and Best and Final Offer (BaFO) documents. The contract will be based on the NEC3 form of contract with the main pricing option clause - Option A: Fixed Price with Activity Schedules. Site: Glasgow Sheriff Court A large purpose built courthouse, constructed 1981-86. The roof is flat and includes 18 number linear mono-pitched metal framed glazed rooflights - the subject of this project. Project: Rooflight renewal, involving 18 rooflights
