The Council has been appointed as the agent for the householder at the address to be approved. In our role as agent, we (the Council) are designing and specifying the work, appointing a Contractor to carry out the work, and making payments for the work. We want to appoint a Contractor with the right technical skills and experience to deliver high quality building works in the householder’s home.
