The Supplier will provide Workforce Management (WFM) services which includes the following features: dynamic demand forecast, resource scheduling and a reporting tool. The WFM service will support c.25k HMRC users, and is critical to multiple groups as they undergo a period of operational transformation. Additional information: The maximum total value of this contract is £3,595,264.00. This figure is calculated as follows: 12 month (1y) contract term value = £1,176,624.00 2 x 12 month optional extensions value = £2,418,640 (£1,209,320.00 x 2)
