Supply of Motorcycle PPE and Related Services to the RSA

Tender description

The RSA is seeking tenders from interested suppliers for the supply of motorcycle personal protective equipment and related services. Any contract that will arise from this competition shall be for an initial period of 3 years with options to extend for a period of up to 2 years with a maximum of 3 such extensions permitted. The RSA aims to fit out a minimum of 8 of its bike-to-bike driver testers with a set of PPE consisting of the following PPE products: - Motorcycle Helmet; - 2-Piece Motorcycle Suit consisting of a matching Motorcycle Jacket and Motorcycle Trousers; - Motorcycle Boots; - Motorcycle Winter Gloves; - Motorcycle Summer Gloves. The RSA reserves the right to order subsequent PPE products as required over the term of the contract. ****NOTE**** the RSA intends to hold a virtual Tenderers' Briefing for this RFT on Thursday 6 July 2023 during which the RFT documentation and Tender submission requirements will be explained in order to aid Tenderers in the preparation of their Tenders.
