Supply and Delivery of a 7 T Forklift to Ted Russel Docks

The Contracting Entity is looking to purchase a new heavy duty 7T forklift to facilitate its continued operations at the Ted Russel Docks, Limerick City. The proposed machine will operate approx 500 hours a year. The forklift will mainly be used for the transport off steel coils and bars from the ship to storage area and uplifting to lorries for delivery to customers. The Contracting Entity encourages the Candidates to also consider low carbon emission proposals i.e. alternative fueled vehicles, electric or hybrid options. All proposals must meet the minimum technical specification and mandatory requirements below. Further information provided in the tender document.
