Tender description
West Yorkshire Combined Authority Policing and Crime functions Policing and Crime functions are part of the Mayor’s overall responsibilities and some of these functions are delegated to a Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime. The Mayor and/or a Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime work closely with communities to ensure that residents’ views and priorities on community safety issues inform the Police and Crime Plan. The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking to commission an organisation to deliver support for the Mayor’s Police and Crime’s function for an initial 3-month period (with the potential to extend for a further 3 months) in relation to finance matters.
