RES/RES - Transformation Strategic Partner

Tender description

Bristol City Council wishes to appoint a Transformation Strategic Partner to assure, challenge, and inject capacity across and within the major Portfolio of change & transformation programmes and projects (the ‘Top 4 Portfolio’) in Adult Social Care, Children & Education, Temporary Accommodation and Property at Bristol City Council . These programmes all hold significant savings targets, which together make up a large proportion of the organisations savings target for the financial year 23/24. The transformation partner will play a key role in the governance, assurance & delivery of savings across these Top 4 Programmes, and will therefore be key in the delivery of the organisations savings targets for this financial year.
