Tender description

1. Introduction Contractors are invited to submit quotes for the construction of an asphalt pump track in Parc Le Conquet, Llandeilo. Further information is contained in the specification and the pricing schedule. 2. Background Information The area reserved for the pump track has been levelled in February 2023 in preparation for the works and a design completed and submitted to planning. There are approximately 80 tons of subbase mixed with topsoil stored on site, available for the project from the initial levelling works. 3. Description of the Services Required Construction of the pump track, drainage scheme, surfacing, landscaping, turfing, track markings and signage to the design and schedules in the specifications provided.
