Provision of Generators and Distribution of Power for the Bournemouth Air Festival

Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council are looking to contract our provision for the supply of generators to include the distribution, installation, testing and removal for the events, including The Bournemouth Air Festival.\\r\r The contract is for one year with the option to extend annually for four further years, there for is all extensions are taken the total contract will be for five years.\\r\r The supplier will be required to supply generators for the event to include the distribution of cables to the source, installation, testing and removal along with an on-site presence to react to power issues during the event. \\r\r The Supplier will be responsible for supplying generators suitable to their intended use and all cabling to the source in line with the confirmed itinerary. The Supplier will be responsible for ensuring all health and safety requirements are met and all equipment used is fit for purpose.
