Tender description

Contract to demolish existing toilet block structure including foundations, making good the building footprint foundations ready to receive new prefabricated toilet block and adjust existing water supply, electricity supply, lightning protection and the waste/rainwater to suit new toilet block. Make good all floor levels to the existing slabbed area and install a retaining wall where the slabbed area level is different to the path into the park.
