The Mall headlease regear (reporting only) Our proposed scope and fee are as follows: 1) Review of background information, including headlease. 2) Engage with Sovereign Centros (who act on behalf of Frasers) to discuss their proposal and ‘ask’ in greater detail. 3) Assessment of Sovereign Centros’ proposal 4) Provide agency-based pricing advice on proposed scenarios to include: a. Existing leasehold interest b. Existing freehold interest c. Proposed leasehold interest post-regear d. Proposed freehold interest post-regear e. Potential marriage value arising from regear On points c. and d. above, there are potential variations on a theme with regards to any car park surrender. 5) Subsidy control review and recommendations. 6) C&W recommendations on proposal and suggested route forward.
