Expression of Interest Single Party Framework Agreement for Supply and Support for Corporate Digital Consultation Tool

Tender description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for a Corporate Digital Consultation tool. The digital consultation tool is required to support statutory and non-statutory engagements with the public, Councillors, the Public Participation Network, external bodies, and staff, in both open and closed groups on the internet. It will work alongside other engagement channels and methods. The framework agreement will be established on foot of a competition for an initial contract for a period of four (4) years with the option to extend for three (3) additional periods of up to two (2) years, up to a maximum duration of ten (10) years. The initial contract will be awarded to the successful tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the framework agreement. Please note that this project is subject to funding.
