Tender description

Aim To undertake a proof of concept trial which will link two existing technologies together, to first of all identify an exclusion zone on a 3D or 4D construction model in the 3D Repo Safetibase platform, and then connect this in real time to sensors which will monitor incursions into the zone on the construction site during the construction phase. This offers benefits to both designers and contractors and creates new opportunities for feedback to designers. Technical Delivery Desired end state - A solution to identify possible risk areas in the 3D / 4D model and report these coordinates to the IoT measurement system via an API connection. Incidents picked up by the onsite technology will then report back to the digital twin in order to tie incidents to risks The feedback loop will then enable users to quantify incidents over time and relate back to risks identified at previous stages of the project hence closing the loop and enabling improved future performance.
