Cyclical Decoration Contact for Melton Borough Council

Tender description

This contract covers a full cyclical decoration service, including pre-paint repairs, painting of timber and certain types of render, render washing where not painted and clearance of gutters. The initial plan is to paint all properties over a five year period and then move to a more usual seven year paint cycle. The Borough will be split evenly and geographically to ensure efficiency.
