BLS a besoin de plusieurs partenaires de contrat-cadre pour divers domaines de prestations. Le BLS comble ainsi les goulots d'étranglement en matière de capacités, développe un savoir critique, utilise des connaissances spéciales, demande un deuxième avis et/ou a besoin d'un regard extérieur pour les développements à venir. Lot 1: DMU requires a media agency to support on-going brand awareness and recruitment campaigns; this will include a broad channel mix on and offline including; TV, cinema, Video on Demand, Digital Audio, out of home, press and third party, digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, display and programmatic, etc.) to name a few for both UK, EU and international markets.
