Beckenham Place Park East Landscape Works

Lewisham Council (the Council) invites you to submit a Tender for landscape works as the major part of the regeneration of the Eastern side of Beckenham Place Park.\r \r Lewisham Council wishes to improve the facilities the park offers to the communities surrounding it, and to attract a much more diverse and larger audience to use and enjoy it. The Council aims to make Beckenham Place Park the well-loved community asset it should be, as the largest park in South East London with significant ecological and historical value.\r \r In order to continue to take forward the restoration of the east side of the park, Lewisham have allocated funds from its Capital programme and significant additional funding secured from the Mayor of London's Green and Resilient Spaces Fund and Environment Agency. We are now about to embark on the delivery phase of the project, with the aim of completing works in spring 2024.
