T0464 Water Quality and Flooding Technical Support

Tender description

Working with the Environment Group Subject Matter Expert (SME), the objective of the support will be to provide timely advice to ensure that technical water quality and flooding environment issues are resolved quickly and help ensure that associated products are reviewed and responded to within the current performance metrics. This will be achieved through: Support to Operations Directive: Review technical proposals and queries in relation to development and implementation of the forward programme of Environmental Designated Funds as they relate to the water environment. Support to Major Projects Division: reviewing the assessment appraisal and design of RIS 2 schemes and EDF proposals. Support to Safety Engineering and Standards; support with all aspects of monthly performance reporting in relation to the flooding and water quality Performance Indicators, technical queries, policy development, DMRB standards and associated training 1. Support to Strategy and Planning: with the development of enhanced performance metrics for Road Period 2
