The Office of Government Procurement on behalf of the Irish Defences are seeking responses to this publication. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only. Within the next six months, the Irish Defence Forces may wish to establish a Single Supplier Contract for the Provision of Operational and Field uniform systems (Defence Forces Combat Clothing System (DFCCS) with Irish Transitional Multicam Pattern (ITMP)) from suitably qualified providers with appropriate expertise in the fields of the Design and Manufacturing of proven military clothing systems. The purpose of this RFI is to gather market place information to supplement and build upon the success of and lessons learned from previous contracts, and to identify new and innovative approaches to support the introduction of the Irish-DFCCS over the term of any contract.
