Accent is looking to procure these Services from its Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Omega, workstream Lot 26 – Grounds Maintenance - FTS Ref: 2022/S 000-036260. The scope of the procurement is to cover Grounds Maintenance Services to its portfolio of homes based in Barrow, Cumbria. These services may include but are not limited to: Grass Cutting Hedge trimming Weeding & tidying of boarders/edges Litter picking, debris Gritting and Snow Clearance Accent will only consider Contractors who meet the following minimum requirements: 1) Your company can or currently delivers a local Grounds Maintenance Service solution, offering local employment? 2) Does your Company meet Accent’s financial requirements based on Dun and Bradstreet Failure Score (formerly called the Financial Stress Score) is equal to and or = (Less than) the industry average for your contracting sector.
