GB-Taunton: Customer Research Panels - Recruitment and Administration

Tender description

To appoint an agency to work as a partner, setting up and maintaining customer panels on our behalf, so UKHO can conduct quick turnaround research via online surveys, telephone interviews, and occasionally face to face interviews. The panel should be managed by the agency on behalf of UKHO, with appropriate permissions in place to allow UKHO to contact active panel members independently of the agency. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
