Tender description

As part of County Durham Family Hub Early Language and Home Learning programme it was identified that an Early language screening and assessment toolkit should be purchased to be rolled out across schools, early years settings and family hubs across County Durham. This toolkit will enable the identification of children requiring targeted support across the local authority and the associated electronic wizard will enable us to report at a school/setting to local area level regarding the prevalent language and communication needs of children in County Durham.
