Tender description

The University of Worcester (UW) seeks tenders for the provision of filming services for its award ceremonies planned for September 2023 and for subsequent ceremonies in 2024 and 2025 with the option to extend to the 2026 ceremonies. UW will require the following services: o supply of various AV equipment o filming, broadcast and real-time streaming of graduation ceremonies o personnel to set up and operate hired equipment o filming of academic staff procession through Worcester The ceremony is to be broadcast live in the Cathedral and streamed via the web. It is expected that all ceremonies will be streamed.
