Tender description

The Housing Executive wishes to appoint a Contractor to provide the hosting, design, configuration, development/ template customisation, testing, implementation and support of a Home Energy Calculator microsite to allow website visitors and NI Energy Advice Service staff to generate an Action Plan/Report with calculations of existing home energy costs and options for cost savings and where applicable for reducing C02 emissions.
