RFQ FOR FOR PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE & SERVICING TO BOILER PLANT AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS OF HEATING AND VENTILATION PLANT INCLUDING UPDATE OF ATTRIBUTES LIST AT THE ATKINSON

Tender description

The works comprise the servicing (including Health and Safety issues) of heating and hot water boiler plant and associated works, mechanical ventilation plant and associated works including the update of the Attribute List to The Atkinson. Due to the nature of operation of the various areas of The Atkinson the Contractor shall also provide a ‘One Hour’ response time to attend plant breakdowns during normal working hours and any hours that any part of the Atkinson is in operation outside of normal working hours until at least 9:00pm, based on a 7-day working week. The Contractor needs to recognise the implications of working within The Atkinson’s environments and comply with specific security requirements imposed and allow full liaison at all times through the Site Management. Any damage caused by the Contractor during the execution of the works shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.
