Tender description

The Department currently uses the Cisco WebEx software to allow users to connect using video and voice across the internal network and the external internet. It is also used to communicate with external organisations when required. The Department requires renewal of 900 user licences for the Cisco WebEx suite of software listed in the below table. The licences must be able to continue the current services in use by the users in the Department without altering the end user configuration and all user settings and statistics should be available after the licences are upgraded.
